(1) Surroundings
Perfectly located for travelers, not far from the airport. Nearby facilities are all a short walk away: Sobey's, Mary Brown's, RBC, Pipers, Dollarama, First Choice Hair, Lawtons, several restaurants, and Quidi Vidi Lake. Despite being next to downtown, it's quiet and peaceful. Few places in St. John's have such great walking access to amenities.

(2) Host
Wallace is an incredibly kind and considerate host. I was comfortable throughout my stay. He may look tough, but he's very easy-going person—just a friendly neighbor. He is always ready to help guests and is very hardworking.

(3) House
A beautiful, typical Canadian home with a lovely backyard, cozy living room, clean bathroom, and a washing machine. The room is clean and comfortable, with a desk, fridge, microwave, wardrobe, and storage. The bed was more comfortable than a luxury hotel in Rome.

Comfortable double bed with a firm mattress and plenty of storage. Llewellyn is an avid cook which means the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need, and you might be offered something he's made. He is extremely accommodating - if you need a ride somewhere or to go grocery shopping, he will go out of his way to take you.
